Membership to CHS is open to all individuals with bleeding disorders, and their families.
Benefits to membership include entry into all CHS events at either a reduced fee or free of charge, annual newsletter, educational materials and social networking through a private discussion board.
2012 Fee Schedule:
Individual member dues = $25 per person
Individual + family member dues = $50 per family
As this is a newly formed Connecticut non-profit corporation, we are looking for volunteers to help us with the day-to-day management and operation of CHS. If you are interested in getting in on the ground floor and want to make a difference in the lives of individuals with bleeding disorders, we would love to talk to you!
